Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガス充填小胞を含んで成る磁気共鳴造影用のコントラスト媒質を、外科医術 が必要な患者に投与し、 該患者を、該コントラスト媒質を使用して磁気共鳴造影で走査して、外科医術 が必要な患者の領域を確認し、そして 超音波を該領域に適用して該外科医術を行う、 ことを含んで成る、外科医術用超音波を集中させる磁気共鳴法。 2.上記の超音波適用が、第二の走査工程と同時であり、これにより該患者を磁 気共鳴造影により走査する、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.上記の超音波適用に第二の走査工程が続き、これにより該患者を磁気共鳴造 影により走査する、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 4.上記の外科医術が以下の領域:管;心血管;胃腸;鼻道;外耳道;眼内領域 ;腹腔領域;腎臓;尿道;泌尿生殖器管;脳;脊髄;肺領域;および柔軟組織の 1つで行われる、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 5.上記小胞が、標的剤を含んで成る、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 6.上記のガス充填小胞がさらに、超音波の適用時に放出される治療物質を含ん で成る、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 7.上記の治療物質が、オリゴヌクレオチド配列、アンチセンス配列、抗体およ び化学療法剤から成る群から選択される、請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法。 8.上記超音波が該患者の該領域の開口を修復する、請求の範囲第1項に記載の 方法。 9.上記開口が該患者の脈管構造である、請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。 10.上記ガス充填小胞が静脈に投与される、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 11.ガスが空気、窒素、二酸化炭素、酸素、フッ素、ヘリウム、アルゴン、キ セノンおよびネオンから成る群から選択される、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法 。 12.ガスがフッ素化ガスである、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 13.フッ素化ガスが、ペルフルオロカーボンおよび六弗化硫黄から成る群から 選択される、請求の範囲第12項に記載の方法。 14.ペルフルオロカーボンガスが、ペルフルオロプロパン、ペルフルオロブタ ン、ペルフルオロシクロブタン、ペルフルオロメタン、ペルフルオロエタン、ペ ルフルオロヘキサンおよびペルフルオロペンタンから成る群から選択される、請 求の範囲第13項に記載の方法。 15.上記ガスが17Oである、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 16.上記コントラスト媒質が、さらに常磁性剤または超常磁性剤を含んで成る 、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 17.コントラスト媒質が、常磁性剤である請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 18.常磁性剤が、遷移系、ランタン系およびアクチニド系元素から成る群か選 択される常磁性イオンを含んで成る、請求の範囲第17項に記載の方法。 19.常磁性イオンが、Gd(III)、Mn(II)、Cu(II)、Cr(III)、Fe(II) 、Fe(III)、Co(II)、Er(II)、Ni(II)、Eu(III)およびDy(III)から 成る群から選択される、請求の範囲第18項に記載の方法。 20.常磁性イオンがMn(II)である、請求の範囲第19項に記載の方 法。 21.常磁性剤がニトロキシドを含んで成る、請求の範囲第17項に記載の方法 。 22.コントラスト剤が超常磁性剤である、請求の範囲第16項に記載の方法。 23.超常磁性剤が金属酸化物または金属硫化物を含んで成る、請求の範囲第2 2項に記載の方法。 24.超常磁性剤が金属酸化物を含んで成り、金属が鉄である、請求の範囲第2 3項に記載の方法。 25.超常磁性剤が、フェリチン、鉄、磁性酸化鉄、γ-Fe2O3、マンガンフェラ イト、コバルトフェライトおよびニッケルフェライトである、請求の範囲第22 項に記載の方法。 26.ガス前駆体充填小胞を含んで成る磁気共鳴造影用のコントラスト媒質を、 外科医術が必要な患者に投与し、 ガス前駆体に液体からガスへの相転移を受けさせ、 該患者を、該コントラスト媒質を使用して磁気共鳴造影で走査して、外科医術 が必要な患者の領域を確認し、そして 超音波を該領域に適用して該外科医術を行う、 ことを含んで成る、外科医術用超音波を集中させる磁気共鳴法。 27.液体からガスへの上記ガス前駆体の相転移、および上記の磁気共鳴を用い た造影が同時に起こる、請求の範囲第26項に記載の方法。 28.ガス充填小胞および治療用化合物を含んで成る磁気共鳴造影用のコントラ スト媒質を患者に投与し、 該患者を、該コントラスト媒質を使用して磁気共鳴造影で走査して、 領域中の小胞の存在を決定し、そして 超音波を該領域に適用して該小胞を破裂させて、治療用化合物をその領域に放 出する、 ことを含んで成る、治療用超音波を集中させる磁気共鳴法を使用して、患者領域 へ治療用化合物を制御して送達する方法。 29.上記ガス充填小胞が、19Fで満たされ、そして上記磁気共鳴造影が核磁気 共鳴である、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 30.上記ガス充填小胞が間質に投与される、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 31.上記ガスが、ルビジウム強化キセノン、ルビジウム強化アルゴン、ルビジ ウム強化ヘリウムおよびルビジウム強化ネオンから成る群から選択される、請求 の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
