Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第一の着色コーティングおよび/または効果付与ベースラッカーコーティン グ材料からなる第二のコーティング層を、電気泳動付着によって得られた第一の コーティング層の上にウエット−イントゥ−ウエットで塗布し、このようにして 得た第一および第二のコーティング層を一緒に焼付けし、その上に第二の着色コ ーティングおよび/または効果付与ベースラッカーコーティング材料からなる第 三のコーティング層を塗布し、その上にクリヤラッカーコーティング材料からな る第四のコーティング層をウエット−イントゥ−ウエットで塗布し、第三および 第四のコーティング層を一緒に焼付けすることからなり、その際ベースラッカー コーティング材料から形成した第二および第三のコーティング層の乾燥塗膜の全 体の厚さは、15〜40μmであり、第二のコーティング層の占める割合は、第二お よび第三のコーティング層の全乾燥塗膜厚さの20〜50%であることを特徴とする 、電気泳動により付着可能な水性コーティング材料からなる第一のコーティング 層を電気泳動付着させ、続いてさらにコーティング層を塗布することによって、 導電性の被着体を多層コーティングする方法。 2.ベースラッカーコーティング材料から形成した第二および第三のコーティン グ層の全乾燥塗膜厚さが20〜35μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方 法。 3.ベースラッカーコーティング材料から形成した第二および第三のコーティン グ層の全乾燥塗膜厚さに対する第二のコーティング層の占める割合は、第二およ び第三のコーティング層の全乾燥塗膜厚さの25〜40%の間であることを特徴とす る、請求項1または2記載の方法。 4.色調が互いに近いか、または好ましくは同じである、ベースラッカ ーコーティング材料を第二および第三のコーティング層の形成に使用することを 特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか1項記載の方法。 5.同じバインダービヒクル、および場合により同じ架橋剤を含むベースラッカ ーコーティング材料を第二および第三のコーティング層の形成に使用することを 特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか1項記載の方法。 6.第二および第三のコーティング層の各場合に、水性ベースラッカーコーティ ング材料を使用することを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか1項記載の方法。 7.バインダービヒクルと場合により存在する架橋剤が同じ量か、バインダービ ヒクルと場合により固体樹脂組成物に存在する架橋剤の変動の量的範囲が、相互 の相対的な重量比に関して、30%未満である、ベースラッカーコーティング材料 を使用することを特徴とする、請求項5または6記載の方法。 8.第二のコーティング層を形成するために、第三のコーティング層を形成して いる間に生じたオーバースプレーを使用、または少なくとも部分的に使用して得 られた水性ベースラッカーコーティング材料を使用することを特徴とする、前記 請求項のいずれか1項記載の方法。 9.自動車の車体またはその部品の多層コーティングに使用することを特徴とす る、前記請求項のいずれか1項記載の方法。 10.請求項1〜9のいずれかの方法で得られた多層コーティングを有する、自動 車の車体またはその部品。
