Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式(I): (式中、 nは、少なくとも1.0あり; それぞれのPFPEは、同一又は異なっていてもよく、式(II): (式中、 CF2CF2OびCF2O単位は、鎖を通してランダムか、又はブロックとして 分布されていてもよく、 x及びyは、ペルフルオロ化ポリエーテルの分子量が242〜4,000の範 囲であるように、同一又は異なっていてもよい)で示されるペルフルオロ化ポリ エーテルであり、 Lは、2官能性の結合基であり、そして マクロマーのそれぞれの末端のQは、同一又は異なっていてもよく、重合しう る基である)で示されるマクロモノマーを含む細胞成長基質ポリマー。 2.nが、1〜5の範囲である、請求項1記載の細胞成長基質ポリマー。 3.nが、2〜4の範囲である、請求項1又は2記載の細胞成長基質ポリマー。 4.Qが、エチレン性不飽和部分を含む、重合しうる基である、請求項1〜3の いずれか1項記載の細胞成長基質ポリマー。 5.Qが、アクリロイル、メタクリロイル、スチリル、アクリルアミド、アクリ ルアミドアルキル、ウレタンメタクリラート又はそれらの置換された誘導体のす べてよりなる群から選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1 項記載の細胞成長基質ポリマー。 6.Lが、ジイソシアナートの2価残基:(−C(O)−NH−R−NH−C( O)−)である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の細胞成長基質ポリマー。 7.2価残基が、トリメチルヘキサメチレンジイソシアナート(TMHMDI) 、イソホロンジイソシアナート(IPDI)、メチレンジフェニルジイソシアナ ート(MDI)及び1,6−ヘキサメチレンジイソシアナート(HMDI)より なる群から選択されるジイソシアナートから誘導される、請求項6記載の細胞成 長基質ポリマー。 8.xが、0〜20の範囲である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の細胞成長 基質ポリマー。 9.xが、8〜12の範囲である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の細胞成長 基質ポリマー。 10.yが、0〜25の範囲である、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の細胞成 長基質ポリマー。 11.yが、10〜14の範囲である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の細 胞成長基質ポリマー。 12.nが、2〜5の範囲であり、Lが、トリメチルヘキサメチレンジイソシア ナート(TMHMDI)から誘導される2価残基であり、そしてQが、イソシア ナトエチルメタクリラートから誘導される残基である、請求項1〜11のいずれ か1項記載の細胞成長基質ポリマー。 13.式(III): (式中、 PFPEは、式(II) (式中、 CF2CF2O及びCF2O単位は、鎖を通してランダムか、又はブロックとし て分布されていてもよく、 xは、8〜10の範囲であり、そして yは、10〜14の範囲である)で示されるペルフルオロ化ポリエーテルであ り、 nは、少なくとも1.0であり Rは、TMHMDIのトリメチルヘキサメチレン成分である)で示されるマク ロモノマーを含む細胞成長基質ポリマー。 14.インビトロでの動物細胞の接着及び成長のための材料であって、請求項1 〜13のいずれか1項記載の細胞成長基質ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする材料 。 15.インビボでの動物細胞の接着及び成長のための材料であって、請求項1〜 13のいずれか1項記載の細胞成長基質ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする材料。 16.動物細胞の接着及び成長のための材料であって、請求項1〜13のいずれ か1項記載の細胞成長基質ポリマー及び更に吸着されたか又は結合された接着糖 タンパクを含むことを特徴とする材料。 17.該接着糖タンパクが、フィブロネクチン、ビトロネクチン、コラーゲン、 ラミニン及びトロンボスポンジンから選択される、請求項16記載の材料。 18.細胞成長基質ポリマーを製造するための方法であって、請求項1〜13の いずれか1項記載のマクロモノマーを重合させる工程を含むことを 特徴とする方法。 19.細胞成長基質ポリマーを製造するための方法であって、請求項1〜13の いずれか1項記載のマクロモノマーを共重合させる工程を含むことを特徴とする 方法。 20.細胞成長基質ポリマーを製造するための方法であって、請求項1〜13の いずれか1項記載のマクロモノマーを単独重合させる工程を含むことを特徴とす る方法。 21.マクロモノマーが、少なくとも1種の溶媒の存在下に、ポリマーへ変換さ れる、請求項18〜20のいずれか1項記載の方法。 22.溶媒が、エステル類、アルコール類、エーテル類及びハロゲン化溶媒類よ りなる群から選択される、請求項21記載の方法。 23.溶媒が、イソプロピルアセタート、tert−ブチルアセタート、2−(トリ フルオロメチル)−2−プロパノール、トリクロロトリフルオロエタン及びペル フルオロ−1,3−ジメチルシクロヘキサンよりなる群から選択される、請求項 21又は22記載の方法。 24.マクロモノマーを、アクリロイル、メタクリロイル、スチリル、アクリル アミド、アクリルアミドアルキル、ウレタンメタクリラート、若しくはそれらの 置換された誘導体のすべて、又は請求項1〜13のいずれか1項記載の他のマク ロモノマー、及びそれらの混合物よりなる群から選択されるエチレン性不飽和基 の1種又は2種以上を含むコモノマーの少なくとも1種と、共重合させる、請求 項19記載の方法。 25.コモノマーが、ジヒドロペルフルオロオクチルアクリラート、1,1−ジ ヒドロペルフルオロブチルアクリラート、トリス(トリメチルシリルオキシ)プ ロピルメタクリラート又はアクリラート、及びN,N−ジメチルアミノエチルメ タクリラート、N,N−ジメチルアクリルアミド 及びN,N−ジメチルアミノエチル−アクリルアミドのようなアミン−含有コモ ノマー、並びにそれらの混合物よりなる群から選択される、請求項24記載の方 法。 26.マクロモノマーを、配合物部分の0〜60重量%の範囲で重合配合物中に 存在するそれぞれのコモノマーの少なくとも1種と、共重合させる、請求項19 、24又は25記載の方法。 27.マクロモノマーを、配合物部分の0〜40重量%の範囲で重合配合物中に 存在するそれぞれのコモノマーの少なくとも1種と、共重合させる、請求項19 、24、25又は26記載の方法。 28.請求項18〜27のいずれか1項記載の方法により製造される細胞成長基 質ポリマー。 29.請求項1〜13及び28のいずれか1項記載の多孔性の細胞成長基質ポリ マー。 30.請求項1〜13、28及び29のいずれか1項記載の細胞成長基質ポリマ ーから製造される眼科的人工器官。 31.移植片が、それを通して視力を提供する光学的特性を有する光学軸領域及 び10,000ダルトンより大きい分子量を有する流体組織成分をそれを通して 通過させるに十分な多孔性を有し、それにより移植片の前の細胞と後ろの細胞の 間に流体組織の流れを与え、光学軸領域の多孔性は、目の組織の内部成長を排除 するが、流体組織成分を流れさせるものである、ほ乳類の角膜の上又は中への外 科的移植に有用な角膜移植片である、請求項30記載の眼科的人工器官。 32.移植片が、移植片近辺の組織の成長及び/又は移植片への細胞接着を促進 する成分の1種又は2種以上で被覆されている、請求項31記載の角膜移植片。 33.移植片の多孔性が、10,000ダルトンより大きい分子量を有するタン パク質のような流体組織成分を移植片を通して通過させるに十分であるが、組織 の内部成長を排除する寸法を有する複数の孔により与えられる、請求項31又は 32記載の角膜移植片。 34.該複数の孔が、15ナノメータ〜0.5マイクロメーターである、請求項 33記載の角膜移植片。 35.前述の実施例のいずれかの1例に実質的に記載されている細胞成長基質ポ リマー。 36.前述の実施例のいずれかの1例に実質的に記載されている細胞成長基質ポ リマーを製造するための方法。 37.前述の実施例のいずれかの1例に実質的に記載されている眼科用人工器官 。 38.前述の実施例のいずれかの1例に実質的に記載されている角膜アンレー。 39.細胞成長材料又は移植片の製造のための、請求項1記載の式(I)のポリ マーの用途。 40.請求項1〜13、28及び29のいずれか1項記載の細胞成長基質ポリマ ーを含むか、又はそれから製造される医学的移植片。 41.請求項1〜13、28及び29のいずれか1項記載の細胞成長基質ポリマ ーを含むか、又はそれから製造される人工器官。 42.請求項1〜13、28及び29のいずれか1項記載の細胞成長基質ポリマ ーを含むか、又はそれから製造される組織培養装置。 43.請求項1〜13、28及び29のいずれか1項記載の細胞成長基質ポリマ ーを含むか、又はそれから製造される生物学的反応器。 44.請求項1〜13、28及び29のいずれか1項記載の細胞成長基質 ポリマーを含むか、又はそれから製造される光学的機器。 45.請求項1〜13、28及び29のいずれか1項記載の細胞成長基質ポリマ ーを含むか、又はそれから製造される顕微鏡スライド。
