Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.−セルロース溶液の調製段階と; −ダイの穴を通した該溶液の押出段階と; −流体は中性であるか又は一部のみセルロースを再生若しくは沈降させるよう に適合されたものであり、該ダイの軸と75度以下の角度を形成する方向におい て該液状若しくは気体状流体を射出することによりそれが該穴(複数の穴)の外 に出たときの該溶液の砕解段階と; −砕解段階で生成された分散体の、セルロース再生若しくは沈降浴での収容段 階と; −該浴中で得られた、多少接着された繊維及びマイクロ繊維の混合物の回収段 階とからなる、セルロースの繊維とマイクロ繊維の混合物の調製方法。 2.該ダイの穴は100と1000μmの間に含まれる等価直径を有し、望ま しくは約500nmの直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。 3.液体で該溶液を砕解するために、該液体は該溶液の押し出し速度に比べ少 なくとも3倍以上大きい、望ましくはは少なくとも40倍大きい速度で射出され ることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。 4.気体で該溶液を砕解するために、該気体は該溶液の押し出し速度に比べ少 なくとも40倍以上大きい、望ましくは少なくとも1000倍大きい、更に10 000倍大きい速度でも射出されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法 。 5.その軸が再生若しくは沈降浴の表面と90度より小さい角を形成するダイ を用いて実施されることを特徴する、請求項1乃至4のうち何れか一項記載の方 法。 6.生成された分散体を固めるために、セルロースを少なくとも 一部分再生若しくは沈降するように適合された、液状若しくは気体状の第二の流 体の射出段階から更になることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のうち何れか一項 記載の方法。 7.該再生若しくは沈降浴中で、不織物質のナップ若しくはウェブを生成する 目的で、繊維及びマイクロ繊維は布上に回収されることを特徴とする、請求項1 乃至6のうち何れか一項記載の方法。 8.該溶液はN−メチル N−オキシドモルフォリン(MMNO)中のセルロ ースの溶液若しくはビスコースからなることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のう ち何れか一項記載の方法。 9.水を用いたビスコース溶液の砕解段階を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1 、2、3、5乃至8のうち何れか一項記載の方法。 10.空気若しくは窒素を用いたN−メチル N−オキシドモルフォリン(MM NO)中のセルロースの溶液の砕解段階を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1、2 、4乃至8のうち何れか一項記載の方法。
