Claims (1)

AがC1−C10アルキレン、C2−C10アルケニレン、C2−C10アルキニレン 、C1−C10ヒドロキシアルキレン、対称的または非対称的ジ−C1−C10−アル キレンエーテル、アリーレン、アリーレン−C1−C10−アルキレン、またはC1 −C10−アルキレンアリール−C1−C10−アルキレンから選ばれる二価の基で あ り; X2-が前記イオネンポリマー中の繰返し単位のカチオン電荷を相殺するのに十 の繰返し単位を含む請求項2記載の錠剤。 10.R1およびR2が同一かまたは異なることができ、かつメチルまたはエチ ルであり;AがC1−C5アルキル、C2−C5アルケニレン、C2−C5ヒドロキシ アルキレン、または対称的ジ−C2−C5−アルキレンエーテルであり;かつX2- がハライドアニオンである請求項9記載の錠剤。 11.Aが−CH2CH2CH2−、−CH2CH(OH)CH2−または−CH2 CH2OCH2CH2−であり;かつX-がCl-である請求項9記載の錠剤。 12.R1およびR2がそれぞれメチルであり、かつAが−CH2CH(OH) CH2−であるか;R1およびR2がそれぞれメチルであり、Aが−CH2CH(O H)CH2−であり、かつ該イオネンポリマーがエチレンジアミンと架橋してい るか;R1およびR2がそれぞれメチルであり、Aが−CH2CH(OH)CH2− であり、かつ該イオネンポリマーがアンモニアと架橋しているか;またはR1お よびR2がそれぞれメチルであり、Aが−CH2CH(OH)CH2−であり、X- がCl-であり、かつ該イオネンポリマーがモノメチルアミンと架橋している請 求項11記載の錠剤。 13.該イオネンポリマーが式III: (式中、Rが Qが−(CHR’)p−、−CH2−CH=CH−CH2−、−CH2−CH2− O−CH2−CH2−、−CH2−CH(OH)−CH2−、または−(CHR’)n −NH−C(O)−NH(CHR’)n−;およびB’が{−[CH2−CH( OH)−CH2−N+R’2−(CHR’)n−NH−C(O)−NH]−,X-} または{−[(CHR’)n−N+R’2−CH2−CH(OH)−CH2]−,X- }であり;nおよびpが別個に2から12に及び;各R’が別個に水素または低 級アルキル基であり;X2-が前記基R中のカチオン電荷を相殺するのに十分な1 個の二価対イオン、2個の一価対イオンまたは多価対イオンの端数であり;かつ X 個の二価対イオンまたは多価対イオンの端数である)の繰返し単位を含む請求項 2記載の錠剤。 14.R’が水素またはC1−C4、nが2−6、かつpが2−6であるか;R ’が水素またはメチル、nが3、かつpが2であるか;またはRが尿素ジアミン 、B’が−CH2CH(OH)CH2−、かつX-がCl-である請求項13記載の 錠剤。 15.該錠剤が急速崩壊錠剤である請求項2記載の錠剤。 16.該錠剤が持続放出錠剤である請求項2記載の錠剤。 17.該担体マトリックスがさらに固体有機酸を含む請求項2記載の錠剤。 18.イオネンポリマーの水溶液を塩担体マトリックスと混合して、湿潤塊を つくり、 該湿潤塊を乾燥して乾燥顆粒とし、 該顆粒のサイズを減少させて粉末とし、さらに 該粉末を圧縮して錠剤とする 工程を含む錠剤化イオネンポリマー組成物の製造方法。 19.該混合工程における溶液対担体マトリックスの重量比が約1:10から 約2:10である請求項18記載の方法。 20.該混合工程前に凝結防止剤と該塩担体マトリックスとを混合する工程お よび該減少工程後で該圧縮工程前に該粉末中に崩壊速度調節剤、凝結防止剤、殺 生物助剤、染料または香料を配合する工程をさらに含む請求項18の方法。 21.該減少工程が、該圧縮工程前に粉砕工程およびふるい分け工程を含む請 求項18記載の方法。 22.該減少工程前に、 該顆粒をイオネンポリマーの水溶液と混合して第2の湿潤塊をつくり、つい で 該第2の湿潤塊を乾燥して乾燥顆粒をつくる 工程をさらに含む請求項18記載の方法。 23.該圧縮工程前に、 該顆粒をイオネンポリマーの水溶液と混合して、第2の湿潤塊をつくり、つ いで 該第2の湿潤塊を乾燥して乾燥顆粒とする 工程をさらに含む請求項18記載の方法。 24.該塩担体マトリックスが酢酸ナトリウム、重炭酸ナトリウム、ホウ酸ナ トリウム、臭化ナトリウム、炭酸ナトリウム、塩化ナトリウム、クエン酸ナトリ ウム、フッ化ナトリウム、グルコン酸ナトリウム、硫酸ナトリウム、塩化カルシ ウム、乳酸カルシウム、硫酸カルシウム、硫酸カリウム、リン酸三カリウム、塩 化カリウム、臭化カリウム、フッ化カリウム、塩化マグネシウム、硫酸マグネシ ウム、塩化リチウムおよびこれらの混合物から選ばれる請求項18記載の方法。 25.該イオネンポリマーが該式I: (式中、R1、R2、R3およびR4は同一かまたは異なることができ、H、場合に より少なくとも1個のヒドロキシル基で置換されたC1−C20アルキル、および 場合によりベンゼン部分において少なくとも1個のC1−C20アルキル基で置換 されたベンジルから選ばれ; AがC1−C10アルキレン、C2−C10アルケニレン、C2−C10アルキニレン 、C1−C10ヒドロキシアルキレン、対称的または非対称的ジ−C1−C10−アル キレンエーテル、アリーレン、アリーレン−C1−C10−アルキレン、またはC1 −C10−アルキレンアリール−C1−C10−アルキレンから選ばれる二価の基で あり;かつ X-が前記イオネンポリマー中の繰返し単位のカチオン電荷を相殺するのに十 の繰返し単位を含む請求項18記載の方法。 27.該イオネンポリマーが式III: (式中Rが Qが−(CHR’)p−、−CH2−CH=CH−CH2−、−CH2−CH2− O−CH2−CH2−、−CH2−CH(OH)−CH2−、または−(CHR’)n −NH−C(O)−NH(CHR’)n−;かつB’が{−[CH2−CH(O H)−CH2−N+R’2−(CHR’)n−NH−C(O)−NH]−,X-}ま たは{−[(CHR’)n−N+R’2−CH2−CH(OH)−CH2]−,X-} であり;nおよびpが別個に2から12に及び;各R’が別個に水素または低級 アルキル基であり;X2-が前記基R中のカチオン電荷を相殺するのに十分な1個 の二価対イオン、2個の一価対イオンまたは多価対イオンの端数であり;かつX 個の二価対イオンまたは多価対イオンの端数である)の繰返し単位を含む請求項 18記載の方法。 28.R’が水素またはC1−C4、nが2−6、かつpが2−6であるか;R ’が水素またはメチル、nが3、かつpが2であるか;またはRが尿素ジアミン 、B’が−CH2CH(OH)CH2−、かつX-がCl-である請求項27記載の 方法。 29.水系中の微生物の生長を制御する方法であって、該水系を少なくとも1 種の微生物の生長を制御するのに有効な量のイオネンポリマーで処理する工程を 含む方法において、該イオネンポリマーが、 約40から約95重量パーセントの塩担体マトリックス、 約5から約60重量パーセントのイオネンポリマー、 0から約20重量パーセントの崩壊速度調節剤、および 0から約10重量パーセントの凝結防止剤 を含む錠剤中に含有され、 さらに該錠剤がわずか3重量パーセントの吸湿指数を有する方法。 30.該塩担体マトリックスが酢酸ナトリウム、重炭酸ナトリウム、ホウ酸ナ トリウム、臭化ナトリウム、炭酸ナトリウム、塩化ナトリウム、クエン酸ナトリ ウム、フッ化ナトリウム、グルコン酸ナトリウム、硫酸ナトリウム、塩化カルシ ウム、乳酸カルシウム、硫酸カルシウム、硫酸カリウム、リン酸三カリウム、塩 化カリウム、臭化カリウム、フッ化カリウム、塩化マグネシウム、硫酸マグネシ ウム、塩化リチウムおよびこれらの混合物が選ばれる請求項29記載の方法。 31.該錠剤が、 約50から約90重量パーセントの不活性マトリックス物質、 約10から約50重量パーセントのイオネンポリマー、および 脂肪酸または脂肪酸誘導体、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンエステル、ポリ オキシエチレンエーテル、水素化植物油、ワックス、脂肪族アミド、ポリエチレ ンアミドおよびこれらの混合物から選ばれる約0.25から約10重量パーセン トの崩壊速度調節剤 を含む請求項30記載の方法。 32.該崩壊速度調節剤がステアリン酸またはステアリン酸誘導体である請求 項31記載の方法。 33.該錠剤が、 約50から約90重量パーセントの塩担体マトリックス、 約10から約50重量パーセントのイオネンポリマー、および 三ケイ酸マグネシウム、酸化マグネシウム、炭酸マグネシウム、ケイ酸マグ ネシウム、炭酸カルシウム、ケイ酸カルシウム、リン酸カルシウム、硫酸カルシ ウム、岩塩、海塩、デンドライト塩、ヒュームドシリカ、酸化亜鉛、微晶質セル ロース、およびデンプンから選ばれる約0.1から約5重量パーセントの凝結防 止剤 を含む請求項30記載の方法。 34.該錠剤が、 約50から約90重量パーセントの塩担体マトリックス、 約10から約50重量パーセントのイオネンポリマー、 約0.25から約10重量パーセントの崩壊速度調節剤、 約0.1から約5重量パーセントの凝結防止剤、 0から約50重量パーセントの殺生物助剤、 0から約20重量パーセントの染料、および 0から約15重量パーセントの香料 をさらに含む請求項30記載の方法。 35.該錠剤が急速崩壊錠剤で、該水系が工業プロセス水系、レクリエーショ ン用水系、または下水処理水系である請求項30記載の方法。 36.該錠剤が持続放出錠剤で、該水系が工業プロセス水系、レクリエーショ ン用水系または下水処理水系である請求項30記載の方法。 37.該水系がプール、トイレット用水系、冷水塔水系、製紙用水系または繊 維製造用水系である請求項30記載の方法。 38.該イオネンポリマーが該式I: (式中、R1、R2、R3およびR4が同一または異なることができ、かつH、場合 により少なくとも1個のヒドロキシル基で置換されるC1−C20アルキル、およ び場合によりベンゼン部分において少なくとも1個のC1−C20アルキル基で置 換されたベンジルから選ばれ; AがC1−C10アルキレン、C2−C10アルケニレン、C2−C10アルキニレン 、C1−C10ヒドロキシアルキレン、対称的もしくは非対称的ジーC1−C10−ア ルキレンエーテル、アリーレン、アリーレン−C1−C10−アルキレン、または C1−C10−アルキレンアリール−C1−C10−アルキレンから選ばれる二価の基 であり; BがC1−C10アルキレン、C2−C10アルケニレン、C2−C10アルキニレン 、C1−C10ヒドロキシアルキレン、アリーレン、アリーレン−C1−C10−アル キレン、またはC1−C10−アルキレンアリール−C1−C10−アルキレンから選 ばれる二価の基であり;かつ X2-が前記イオネンポリマーの繰返し単位中のカチオン電荷を相殺するのに十 分な1個の二価対イオン、2個の一価対イオン、または多価対イオンの端数であ る)の繰返し単位を含む請求項30記載の方法。 39.該イオネンポリマーが式II: (式中、R1およびR2が同一または異なることができ、かつH、場合により少な くとも1個のヒドロキシル基で置換される、C1−C20アルキル、および場合に よりベンゼン部分において少なくとも1個のC2−C20アルキレン基で置換され るベンジルから選ばれ;
