(A)平均粒度約0.1〜30ミクロンの実質的に球状の無機微粒子と、 (B)平均アスペクト比約5:1〜40:1、長軸約0.1〜15ミクロンの実 質的に層状の無機微粒子とからなる混合物を含む組成物を含むフィルムであって 、実質的に球状の微粒子及び実質的に層状の微粒子が外側フィルム層及びフィル ムの外面に存在する前記フィルム。 2. 実質的に層状の微粒子がモース硬度スケールで測定して約1〜7の硬度を 有する請求項1に記載のフィルム。 3. 実質的に層状の微粒子がモース硬度スケールで測定して約1〜5の硬度を 有する請求項2に記載のフィルム。 4. 実質的に層状の微粒子がモース硬度スケールで測定して約1〜3の硬度を 有する請求項3に記載のフィルム。 5. 組成物が更に、脂肪酸アミド、酸化ポリエチレン、脂肪酸エステル及び脂 肪酸アルコールの中から選択した1種類以上の物質からなる滑り促進剤も含む請 求項1に記載のフィルム。 6. 滑り促進剤が外側層の重量に基づいて約50〜10,000ppmの量で 外側フィルム層中に存在する請求項5に記載のフ ィルム。 7. 滑り促進剤が、エルクアミド、オレアミド、ステアラミド、ベヘンアミド 、酸化ポリエチレンワックス、モノステアリン酸グリセロール、金属ステアレー トの中から選択した1種類以上の物質からなる請求項5に記載のフィルム。 8. 組成物が更に印刷適性促進剤も含み、該印刷適性促進剤が極性ポリマーか らなる請求項5に記載のフィルム。 9. 極性ポリマーが、エチレン/エステル/無水マレイン酸ターポリマー、エ チレン/エステル/メタクリル酸グリシジルターポリマー及びエチレン/アクリ ル酸コポリマーの中から選択した1種類以上の物質からなる請求項8に記載のフ ィルム。 10. 印刷適性促進剤が外側フィルム層の重量の約1〜25%の量で外側フィ ルム層中に存在する請求項8に記載のフィルム。 11. 実質的に球状の微粒子が外側フィルム層の重量に基づいて約500〜5 0,000ppmの濃度でフィルムの外側層に存在し、実質的に層状の微粒子が 外側フィルム層の重量に基づいて約500〜50,000ppmの濃度でフィル ムの外側層に存在する請求項1に記載のフィルム。 12. 実質的に球状の微粒子が、シリカ及びシリケートの中から選択した1種 類以上の物質からなり、実質的に層状の微粒子がシリケートからなる請求項1に 記載のフィルム。 13. 実質的に球状の微粒子が、天然シリカ、合成シリカ及びシリケートの中 から選択した1種類以上の物質からなり、実質的に層状の微粒子がケイ酸マグネ シウム及び水和ケイ酸アルミニウムの中から選択した1種類以上の物質からなる 請求項12に記載のフィルム。 14. 実質的に球状の微粒子が、ケイ藻土、ヒュームド合成シリカ、沈降合成 シリカ、ゲル化合成シリカ、ナトリウムカルシウムシリケート及びナトリウムカ ルシウムアルミニウムシリケートの中から選択した1種類以上の物質からなり、 実質的に層状の微粒子がタルク及びカオリンの中から選択した1種類以上の物質 からなる請求項13に記載のフィルム。 15. フィルムが二つの外側層を含む多層フィルムであり、前記組成物が前記 外側層のうちの少なくとも一つに存在する請求項1に記載のフィルム。 16. 多層フィルムが、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、エチレン/ビニルアルコールコ ポリマー、ポリアミド及びポリエステルの中 から選択した1種類以上の物質からなるO2遮断層を含む請求項15に記載の多 層フィルム。 17. 多層フィルムが、エチレン/酢酸ビニルコポリマー、エチレン/α−オ レフィンコポリマー及びポリアミドの中から選択した1種類以上の物質からなる 外側第一層と、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、エチレン/ビニルアルコールコポリマー、 ポリアミド及びポリエステルの中から選択した1種類以上の物質からなりO2遮 断層を構成する内側第二層と、エチレン/酢酸ビニルコポリマー、エチレン/α −オレフィンコポリマー及びポリアミドの中から選択した1種類以上の物質から なる外側第三層とを含む請求項15に記載のフィルム。 18. 更に、第一層と第二層との間に第四層も含み、該第四層がエチレン/酢 酸ビニルコポリマー、エチレン/α−オレフィンコポリマー及びポリアミドの中 から選択した1種類以上の物質からなる請求項17に記載のフィルム。 19. 第一層及び第四層の各々が架橋ポリマーを含み、第二層及び第三層が架 橋ポリマーを含まない請求項18に記載のフィルム。 20. 多層フィルムが更に第五層及び第六層も含み、前記第 五層が第一の連結層を構成し、エチレン/カルボン酸コポリマー、エチレン/エ ステルコポリマー及び無水物改質エチレン/α−オレフィンコポリマーの中から 選択した1種類以上の物質からなり、前記第六層が第二の連結層を構成し、エチ レン/カルボン酸コポリマー、エチレン/エステルコポリマー及び無水物改質エ チレン/α−オレフィンコポリマーの中から選択した1種類以上の物質からなり 、第五層が第四層と第二層との間に位置し、第六層が第二層と第三層との間に位 置し、該多層フィルムの全ての層が架橋ポリマーを含む請求項18に記載のフィ ルム。 21. 更に内側第四層も含み、該第四層が連結層を構成し、エチレン/カルボ ン酸コポリマー、エチレン/エステルコポリマー及び無水物改質エチレン/α− オレフィンコポリマーの中から選択した1種類以上の物質からなる請求項17に 記載のフィルム。 22. 第四層が第一層と第二層との間に存在し、該フィルムが更に内側第五層 も含み、該第五層が第二の連結層を構成し、エチレン/カルボン酸コポリマー、 エチレン/エステルコポリマー及び無水物改質エチレン/α−オレフィンコポリ マーの中 から選択した1種類以上の物質からなり、第二層と第三層との間に存在する請求 項21に記載のフィルム。 23. 多層フィルムが層の厚さ及び層の化学組成の両方に関して実質的に対称 である請求項15に記載のフィルム。 24. フィルムの全自由収縮率が185°Fで約10〜100%である請求項 1に記載のフィルム。 25. フィルムが架橋ポリマーを含む請求項1に記載のフィルム。 26. フィルムが単層フィルムである請求項1に記載のフィルム。 27. フィルムが二軸延伸フィルムであり熱収縮性である請求項1に記載のフ ィルム。 28. (A)平均粒度約0.1〜30ミクロンの実質的に球状の無機微粒子と 、(B)平均アスペクト比約5:1〜40:1、長軸約0.1〜15ミクロンの 実質的に層状の無機微粒子とからなる混合物を含む組成物を含み、実質的に球状 の微粒子及び実質的に層状の微粒子が外側フィルム層及びフィルムの外面に存在 するフィルムからなるフィルムチューブ。 29. チューブが更に微粉を塗布した内面も含み、フィルム の外面には微粉が実質的に存在しない請求項28に記載のフィルムチューブ。 30. 微粉がアルミニウムシリカ、二酸化ケイ素、ナトリウムカルシウムアル ミノシリケート、ケイ酸マグネシウム及びケイ酸カルシウムの中から選択した1 種類以上の物質からなる請求項29に記載のフィルム。 31. 微粉がコーンスターチ、ジャガイモ澱粉、タルク及びシリカの中から選 択した1種類以上の物質からなる請求項30に記載のフィルム。 32. (A)平均粒度約0.1〜30ミクロンの実質的に球状の無機微粒子と 、(B)平均アスペクト比約5:1〜40:1、長軸約0.1〜15ミクロンの 実質的に層状の無機微粒子とからなる混合物を含む組成物を含み、実質的に球状 の微粒子及び実質的に層状の微粒子が外側フィルム層及びフィルムの外面に存在 するフィルムからなる袋。 33. (A)熱可塑性ポリマーと、(B)平均粒度約0.1〜30ミクロンの 実質的に球状の無機微粒子と、(C)平均アスペクト比約5:1〜40:1、長 軸約0.1〜15ミクロンの実質的に層状の無機微粒子とからなる組成物。 34. ポリマーがエチレン/α−オレフィンコポリマーからなる請求項33に 記載の組成物。 35. ポリマーが組成物の重量の約70〜99.9重量%の量で存在し、無機 微粒子が組成物の重量の約0.1〜30重量%の量で存在する請求項33に記載 の組成物。 36. ポリマーが組成物の重量の約85〜95重量%の量で存在し、無機微粒 子が組成物の重量の約5〜15重量%の量で存在する請求項35に記載の組成物 。 37. ポリマーが組成物の重量の約95〜99.9重量%の量で存在し、無機 微粒子が組成物の重量の約0.1〜5重量%の量で存在する請求項35に記載の 組成物。 38. ポリマーが組成物の重量の約98.5〜99.5重量%の量で存在し、 無機微粒子が組成物の重量の約0.5〜1.5重量%の量で存在する請求項37 に記載の組成物。
