Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.カルシウムに対するアルミニウムの原子比が2.5より大きいアルミン酸 カルシウムセメント、ならびにニッケルおよびコバルトから選ばれるVIII族金属 Mの酸化物少なくとも1種を含有する、触媒またはその前駆物質として使用する のに適した造形粒子であって、前記のVIII族金属酸化物(二価酸化物MOとして 表す)10〜70重量%を含有し、かつ30〜60%の多孔度を有し、その際、 多孔容積のうち少なくとも10%は15〜35nmの細孔の形であり、かつ多孔 容積のうち65%未満が35nmより大きな直径の細孔の形である造形粒子。 2.嵩密度0.8〜1.5g.cm-3を有する、請求項1記載の造形粒子。 3.粒子の多孔容積のうち10〜40%が15〜35nmの平均直径の細孔の 形である、請求項1または2記載の造形粒子。 4.酸化鉄(Fe2O3として表す)の含量が1重量%未満である、請求項1〜 3のいずれか1項記載の造形粒子。 5.i)沈殿したVIII族金属Mの化合物のか焼により得られた微細なVIII族金 属Mの酸化物、およびii)VIII族金属Mの酸化物の重量の2倍までの量の微細な 希釈剤と混合した、前記のアルミン酸カルシウムセメントを含む、請求項1〜4 のいずれか1項記載の造形粒子。 6.VIII族金属Mの酸化物および希釈剤の総重量に対して25〜100重量% の前記アルミン酸カルシウムセメントを含有する、請求項5記載の造形粒子。 7.VIII族金属Mの酸化物20〜40重量%を含有する、請求項1〜6のいず れか1項記載の造形粒子。 8.高アルミナセメントのカルシウムに対するアルミニウムの原子比が4.0 より大きい、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の造形粒子。 9.流体媒質を請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の造形粒子の固定床と接触さ せることを含む、流体媒質中の酸化剤の分解方法。 10.流体媒質が8を越えるpHを有する水性媒質である、請求項9記載の方 法。
