Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 主にガラス状のシリカを含んでおり、溶融金属、主にアルミニウムによる 耐腐蝕性が改善されており、重量が、少なくとも0.1%以上で、かつ、10% 以下の硫化バリウムを含んでいることを特徴とする耐火性材料。 2. 結晶シリカの含有量が、10%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記 載の耐火性材料。 3. 少なくとも75%以上のガラス状又はアモルファス状のシリカを含有する ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の耐火性材料。 4. 少なくとも30%以上で、かつ、80%以下の気孔率を有することを特徴 とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の耐火性材料。 5. 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の耐火性材料で製造された製品 。 6. 2mm以上の厚さの耐火性材料が被覆された外表面を有していることを特 徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の製品。 7. シリカのスリップと硫化バリウムのスリップとを調合するとともに、これ らの2つのスリップを混合すること、その混合物を投入することを特徴とする請 求項4から6までのいずれか1項に記載の製品を製造するための工程。 8. シリカの粒子と硫化バリウムの粒子とを混合するとともに、この混合物の スリップを調合すること、前記スリップを投入することを特徴とする請求項4か ら6までのいずれか1項に記載の製品を製造する工程。 9. 型中に投入する熱可塑性のペーストを得るために、シリカの粒子と硫化バ リウムの粒子とを、有機結着材と一緒に混合することを特徴とする請求項4から 6までのいずれか1項に記載の製品を製造する工程。
