Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(A)(A1)90から100重量%(Aに対して)のメチルメタクリラ ートおよび (A2)0から10重量%(Aに対して)のアクリル酸C1−C8アルキ ルエステル を含有する混合物を重合させることにより得られるメチルメタクリラート 重合体を10から60重量%、 (B)(B1)75から88重量%(Bに対して)のビニル芳香族単量体およ び (B2)12から25重量%(Bに対して)のビニルシアニド を含有する混合物を重合させることにより得られる共重合体を10から7 0重量%、 (C)(C1)(C11)65から90重量%の1,3−ジエンおよび (C12)10から35重量%のビニル芳香族単量体 を含有する単量体混合物を重合させることにより得られる、40 から80重量%(Cに対して)のコアと、 (C2)(C21)30から60重量%のビニル芳香族単量体、 (C22)40から60重量%のメタクリル酸C1−C8アルキ ルエステルおよび (C23)0から20重量%の架橋単量体 を含有する単量体混合物(C21、C22、C23の各パーセン テージ合計100重量%)を重合させることにより得られる、10から30重量 %(Cに対して)の第1グラフトシェルと、 (C3)(C31)70から98重量%のメタクリル酸C1−C8アルキ ルエステルおよび (C32)2から30重量%のアクリル酸C1−C8アルキルエ ステル を含有する混合物を重合させることにより得られる、10から 30重量%(Cに対して)の第2グラフトシェルと から得られるグラフト共重合体を15から50重量%含有し(A、B、Cの各 パーセンテージ合計100重量%)、 必要に応じて、さらに (D)A、B、Cの合計量に対して20重量%までの慣用の添加剤を含有し、 かつ 第1グラフトシェルC2の第2グラフトシェルC3に対する割合が2:1から 1:2であり、第1グラフトシェルC2の屈折率(nD−C2)が第2グラフト シェルC3の屈折率(nD−C3)より大きく、グラフトシェル全体の屈折率( nD−C2+nD−C3)が、コアの屈折率(nD−C1)より小さく、組成分C 全体の屈折率(nD−C)と、マトリックスA、B全体の屈折率(nD−A+nD −B)との差が0.02またこれより小さくなされていることを特徴とする熱可 塑性成形用材料。 2.グラフト共重合体Cのグラフトシェル全体の屈折率と、コアの屈折率との 差[(nD−C2+nD−C3)−nDC1]が、0.03より小さいことを特徴 とする、請求項1の熱可塑性成形用材料。 3.(A)メチルメタクリラート(A1)とアクリル酸のC1−C8アルキルエ ステル(A2)とを含有するメチルメタクリラート重合体を20から50重量% 、 (B)ビニル芳香族単量体(B1)とビニルシアニド(B2)との共重合体を 20から40重量%、および (C)コア(C1)、第1グラフトシェル(C2)および第2グラフトシェル (C3)を含有するグラフト共重合体を20から40重量%を含有し、(A、B 、Cの各パーセンテージ合計100重量%)、必要に応じてさらに (D)慣用の添加剤を含有する混合物を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1 または2の熱可塑性成形用材料。 4.使用されるビニル芳香族単量体がスチレンであることを特徴とする、請求 項1から3のいずれかの熱可塑性成形用材料。 5.グラフト共重合体Cが10から40の膨潤度S1を有することを特徴とす る請求項1から4のいずれかの熱可塑性成形用材料。 6.(A)(A1)90から100重量%(Aに対して)のメチルメタクリラ ートおよび (A2)0から10重量%(Aに対して)のアクリル酸C1−C8アルキ ルエステル を含有する混合物を重合させることにより得られるメチルメタクリラート 重合体を10から60重量%、 (B)(B1)75から88重量%(Bに対して)のビニル芳香族単量体およ び (B2)12から25重量%(Bに対して)のビニルシアニド を含有する混合物を重合させることにより得られる共重合体を10から7 0重量%、 (C)(C1)(C11)65から90重量%の1,3−ジエンおよび (C12)10から35重量%のビニル芳香族単量体 を含有する単量体混合物を重合させることにより得られる、40 から80重量%(Cに対して)のコアと、 (C2)(C21)30から60重量%のビニル芳香族単量体、 (C22)40から60重量%のメタクリル酸C1−C8アルキ ルエステルおよび (C23)0から2重量%の架橋単量体 を含有する単量体混合物(C21、C22、C23の各パーセン テージ合計100重量%)を重合させることにより得られる、10から30重量 %(Cに対して)の第1グラフトシェルと、 (C3)(C31)70から98重量%のメタクリル酸C1−C8アルキ ルエステルおよび (C32)2から30重量%のアクリル酸C1−C8アルキルエ ステル を含有する混合物を重合させることにより得られる、10から3 0重量%(Cに対して)の第2グラフトシェルと から得られるグラフト共重合体を15から50重量%含有し(A、B、Cの各 パーセンテージ合計100重量%)、 必要に応じて、さらに (D)A、B、Cの合計量に対して20重量%までの慣用の添加剤を含有し第 1グラフトシェルC2の第2グラフトシェルC3に対する割合が2:1から1: 2であり、第1グラフトシェルC2の屈折率(nD−C2)が第2グラフトシェ ルC3の屈折率(nD−C3)より大きく、グラフトシェル全体の屈折率(nD− C2+nD−C3)が、コアの屈折率(nD−C1)より小さく、組成分C全体の 屈折率(nD−C)と、マトリックスA、B全体の屈折率(nD−A+nD−B) との差が0.02またこれより小さくなされるように、200から300℃の温 度において溶融状態で混合することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかの 熱可塑性成形用材料の製造方法。 7.請求項1から5のいずれかの熱可塑性成形用材料を、成形体製造のために 使用する方法。 8.請求項1から5のいずれかの熱可塑性成形用材料から得られる成形体。
