Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 下記a)及びb)を含む、ゴムで強化された組成物: a) 5〜50重量%の、その組成分布幅指数が50%以上であり、不 飽和酸又はその無水物を0.1〜約10重量%含有するエチレン・ポリマー、及 びエラストマーを含む組成物;及び b) 95〜50重量%の、不飽和酸又はその無水物と相互に作用し得 る官能基を含む熱可塑性ポリマー。 2. 不飽和酸又はその無水物がマレイン酸無水物又はマレイン酸である、請求 項1の組成物。 3. エラストマーがエチレン・プロピレン・ゴムである、請求項1の組成物。 4. 熱可塑性ポリマーがポリアミドである、請求項1の組成物。 5. エラストマーが、下記i)及びii)を含むエチレン−高級α−オレフィ ン・ポリマー組成物である、請求項の組成物: i) 数平均分子量が10,000〜500,000であり、ポリマーの重 量に基づいて、エチレン含有量が30〜80重量%であり、且つ、ジエン含有量 が1〜12重量%である第一のポリマー部分;及び ii) 数平均分子量が100,000〜10,000,000であり、ポリ マーの重量に基づいて、エチレン含有量が40〜90重量%であり、且つ、ジエ ン含有量が0〜12重量%である第二のポリマー部分; 但し、 a) 第二の部分は、第一の部分よりも高い分子量を有し、 b) 第二の部分は、第一の部分と等しい又はそれよりも高いエチレン含有 量を有し、 c) 第二の部分中のジエンに対する第一の部分中のジエンの重量比は、少 なくとも0.5から1までであり、 d) 各部分のMw/Mnは、独立に、2〜6.5であり、且つ e) 第一の部分は、ポリマー組成物全体の60〜95重量%を占める。 6. 成分a)が、エチレン・ポリマーとエラストマーとの重量に基づいて、9 0〜30重量%のエラストマーを含む、請求項1、2、3、4又は5の組成物。 7. エチレン・コポリマーが70%以上のCDBIを有する、請求項1、2、 3、4、5又は6の組成物。
