Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.硬質熱可塑性ポリウレタンが溶融加工されうる温度を低下させるために十 分な濃度の芳香族ジオール単位を含み、少なくとも690,000kPa(10 0,000psi)の曲げ弾性率を有する、前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンであって 、但し、前記芳香族ジオール単位の濃度は前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンの破断点伸 び率が5%未満となる量を越えない、熱可塑性ポリウレタン。 2.少なくとも50℃のTgを有し、且つ、硬質熱可塑性ポリウレタンの90 〜100重量%を構成する硬質セグメントを含む、請求項1記載の熱可塑性ポリ ウレタン。 3.芳香族ジオールがレソルシノール、カテコール、ヒドロキノン、ジヒドロ キシナフタレン、ジヒドロキシアントラセン、ビス(ヒドロキシアリール)フル オレン、ジヒドロキシフェナントレン、ジヒドロキシビフェニル、4,4’−ジ ヒドロキシスチルベンおよびビス(ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパンから選ばれる 、請求項1または2のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタン。 4.芳香族ジオールが4,4’−ジヒドロキシビフェニル、9,9−ビス(4 −ヒドロキシフェニル)フルオレン、4,4’−ジヒドロキシ−α−メチルスチ ルベンおよびビスフェノールAから選ばれる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載 の熱可塑性ポリウレタン。 5.芳香族ジオール単位の濃度が、硬質熱可塑性ポリウレタンを調製するため に用いられるジオールの合計のモル数を基準として、0.1モル%〜10モル% の範囲である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタン。 6.芳香族ジオール単位の濃度が、硬質熱可塑性ポリウレタンを調製するため に用いられるジオールの合計のモル数を基準として1 モル%〜5モル%の範囲である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性ポ リウレタン。 7.a)4,4’−ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタン、p−フェニレンジイソ シアネート、1,3−ビス(イソシアナトメチル)シクロヘキサン、1,4−ジ イソシアナトシクロヘキサン、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、1,5−ナフ タレンジイソシアネート、3,3’−ジメチル−4,4’−ビフェニルジイソシ アネート、4,4’−ジイソシアナトジシクロヘキシルメタンおよび2,4−ト ルエンジイソシアネート並びにそれらの混合物から選ばれたジイソシアネート、 および、 b)エチレングリコール、1,3−プロパンジオール、1,4−ブタンジオー ル、1,5−ペンタンジオール、1,6−ヘキサンジオール、ジエチレングリコ ール、トリエチレングリコール、トリプロピレングリコール、テトラエチレング リコール、ネオペンチルグリコール、1,4−シクロヘキサンジオール、1,4 −シクロヘキサンジメタノール、2,2−ビス(β−ヒドロキシ−4−エトキシ フェニル)−プロパンおよび1,4−ビスヒドロキシエチルヒドロキノン並びに それらの混合物から選ばれたジオール鎖延長剤、 の単位を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタン。 8.a)4,4’−ジイソシアナトジシクロヘキシルメタンおよび4,4’− ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタン並びにそれらの混合物から選ばれたジイソシア ネート、および、 b)1,6−ヘキサンジオール、1,4−ブタンジオール、1,4−シクロヘ キサンジメタノール、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコールおよびト リプロピレングリコール並びにそれらの混合物から選ばれたジオール鎖延長剤、 の単位を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタン。 9.少なくとも690,000kPa(100,000psi)の曲げ弾性率 を有し、且つ、タルク、シリカ、マイカおよびガラスビーズから選ばれた充填剤 ;および/またはガラス繊維、炭素繊維およびグラファイト繊維から選ばれた強 化繊維;および/またはアクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン、ポリアセタ ール、ナイロン、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレートお よびアイオノマーから選ばれた熱可塑性材料を含む、請求項1、3、4、5、6 、7または8のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタン。 10.a)4,4’−ジイソシアナトジシクロヘキシルメタンおよび4,4’ −ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタン並びにそれらの混合物から選ばれたジイソシ アネート、 b)1,6−ヘキサンジオール、1,4−ブタンジオール、1,4−シクロヘ キサンジメタノール、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコールおよびト リプロピレングリコール並びにそれらの混合物から選ばれたジオール鎖延長剤、 および、 c)ヒドロキノン、4,4’−ジヒドロキシビフェニル、9,9−ビス(4− ヒドロキシフェニル)フルオレン、4,4’−ジヒドロキシ−α−メチルスチル ベンおよびビスフェノールA並びにそれらの混合物から選ばれた芳香族ジオール 、 の反応を含む方法により調製された熱可塑性ポリウレタンであって、 芳香族ジオールの量は、熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)が溶融加工されうる 温度を低下させるのに十分であるが、熱可塑性ポリウレタンの破断点伸び率を5 %未満とする量を越えない、熱可塑性ポ リウレタン。
