Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.防炎加工熱可塑性成形材料において、 A)熱可塑性ポリアミド40〜98重量% B)メラミンシアヌレート1〜40重量% C)算術平均繊維長(d50値)70〜200μm及びd10値60μm以下、 d90値350μm以下を有するシラン化合物で前処理された繊維状充填剤又はL /D比8:1〜35:1を有する針状の無機充填剤又はこれらの混合物1〜50 重量% D)他の添加物及び加工助剤0〜30重量% を含有しており、 この場合、成分A)〜D)の重量百分率は、100%になる防炎加工熱可塑 性成形材料。 2.繊維状充填剤がガラス繊維、炭素繊維、チタン酸カリウム繊維又はアラミド 繊維或いはこれらの混合物から形成されている、請求項1記載の防炎加工熱可塑 性成形材料。 3.成分C)の算術平均繊維長(d50値)が80〜180μmである、請求項1 又は2記載の防炎加工熱可塑性成形材料。 4.繊維状充填剤の直径が3〜30μmである、請求項1から3までのいずれか 1項に記載の防炎加工熱可塑性成形材料。 5.シラン化合物は、式I: (X-CH2)n)K-Si-(O-CmH2m+1)4-K I 〔式中、置換基は次の意味を有する: xはNH2−; 、HO−であり、 nは整数2〜10、有利に3〜4であり、 mは整数1〜5、有利に1〜2であり、 kは整数1〜3、有利に1である〕 で示されるものである、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の防炎加 工熱可塑性成形材料。 6.成分C)がd10値60μm以下、d50値180μm以下及びd90値350μ m以下を有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の防炎加工熱可塑性 成形材料。 7.繊維、フィルム及び成形体の製造のための、請求項1から6までのいずれか 1項に記載の防炎加工熱可塑性成形材料の使用。 8.請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の防炎加工熱可塑性成形材料から 得られる成形体。
