また、用意する言語の数が増えると作業工数が増えるた
め、多くの言語での文書の公開は困難であった。たとえ
ば、現在特許庁が公開しているインターネット上のホー
ムページは、日本語版と英語版がそれぞれ用意されてい
る。また従来は、国際的なネットワーク上で複数の言語
圏の人がコンピュータを用いて主に文章で会話を行う場
合、当事者の知識のある言語の範囲で会話をする必要が
あった。また、当事者の言語能力に依存しており、受信
した他言語を理解できない場合や、誤った他言語を送信
して誤解を生じるなどの問題があった。たとえば、海外
の人との会話は英語に統一して会話することが多いが、
英語の能力に乏しい者には難しい作業であった。そこで
本発明では、誤訳がなく、同時に多くの言語に翻訳可能
な翻訳方法と、一つの文書から複数の言語に意味を変え
ることなく翻訳して表示または印刷するソフトウエア
と、同時に複数の言語を翻訳しながら文章での会話を可
能とするソフトウエアを提供することを課題とする。

型文に分解し、それぞれを対応する番号の羅列に変換す
る。この番号の羅列は、元の文章と同じ意味をもつ中間
的な言語であり、これを、「文意を保証した中間言語文
書」と定義する。そして、文意を保証した中間言語文書
から、記憶装置中のあらかじめ定義した単語と文法と定
型文の変換表を用いて目的の言語の単語と文法と定型文

と定型文を入力するソフトウエアは、単語と文法と定型
