Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare the title coated article having excellent adhesivity and resitances to alcohols and perfumes, by the successive treatments of a polyolefin molded article containing powdery inorganic filler, with a coupling agent and with a primer.
CONSTITUTION: A polyolefin molded article obtained by molding a resin composition composed of (A) 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin and (B) 1W30 parts of a powdery inorganic filler having an average particle size of ≤200μ, and coated with 0.1W1.0wt% of a silane coupling agent, is treated with a silane coupling agent such as vinyl trimethoxysilane, γ-aminopropyl triethoxysilane, etc., and thereafter treating with a primer, or the article is treated with a primer containing 0.2W 5wt% of a silane coupling agent, to apply 1W30 mg/m2 of the coupling agent to the article, and cured under the conditions of 50°C × 30min - 100°C × 5min. The pretreated article is coated by conventional method.
