Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the control precisions and rapid response in a fuel controller in boilers by grasping the characteristics of a fuel flow volume-adjusting valve effected by the injection and extinguishing of a burner, and also by providing a compensation line.
CONSTITUTION: Valve-opening characteristics against a fuel flow volume at the ignition of an N-cell are set up in a function generator 15-A by a fuel flow volume instruction C1 so as to compensate the nonlinear properties of a flow volume control valve 9 and a burner valve 10. Also, function generator 15-C is set up as in the drawing to obtain the opening characteristics of a fuel convection control valve corresponding to the number of burner cells each. An output signal from the function generator 15-C is multiplied with that from the function generator 15-A. To correct a gain of a proportional integrator 1 according to the number of burner ignition cells, a function generaor 15-B is set up as shown in the drawing, and an output signal from the function generator 15-B is multiplied with a flow volume deviation signal in a nultiplier 17-B.
