Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a liq. separator which is capable of uniformizing the quantity of permeating water independently of winding position of permeating membrane, by winding left and right parts of a raw water path spacer sheet, and each envelope- shaped permeating membrane respectively around a bisected water-collecting pipe, and by forming the left and right parts of the sheet described above respectively into a raw liquid-supply terminal and a raw liquid-discharge terminal.
CONSTITUTION: In each divided portions 11, 11 of a bisected water-collecting pipe 1 are made water-flow openings 13, 13 which are connected to water-collecting path 12, 12. Then open ends e1, e2 of envelope-shaped mebrane B1, B2 are sealed respectively to the divided pipe portions 11, 11 and are connected to water-flow paths in the permeating membrane body constituted of permeated-water paths spacer sheet b1, b2 contained in the membrane body B1, B2. The intermediate part AO of a raw liquid path spacer sheet A is placed between the pipe portions 11, 11. The left half A2 of the A and the membrane body B2 which overlaps the A2 are made shorter than the right half A1 and the membrane B1 which overlaps the A1, then these sheets and membranes are wound clockwise around the pipe 1 so as to constitute a permeating member u. The member u is inserted into a cylinder case C. Raw liquid S is charged 4 under press., and is discharged through a water discharging pipe 4'. The permeated water collected by the pipe 1, 1 is drawn off through a permeated water outlet pipe 7.
