Abstract
PURPOSE:Side plates of inner and outer tanks are assembled at the same time, while the assembly of inner and outer tank roofs except for their peripheries, the insulation of the bottoms and the execution of the inner tank's bottom plate are performed and the roofs are fitted to their respective side plates concurrently to cut short the tank building period. CONSTITUTION:The bottom plate 1 of an outer tank is assembled and the side plate 2 is fixed to it, then the ring concrete 3 is laid to place the annular plate 4 for erecting the inner side plate 5 on it. Using the trestle 6 for assembling the inner tank roof, the inner tank is assembled at the same time. Then the inner tank's bottom plate 9 is assembled, while the outer tank roof 10 is assembled on the trestle 8 to form the synthesized roof 11. The bottom insulation 13 is also assembled concurrently. When the outer and inner side plates 2, 5 reach the predetermined height level, the synthesized roof 11 is lifted and the inner tank roof 7 is finally fixed to the top of the side plate 5. This building system can reduce its period of execution.
