CONSTITUTION:A conductor such as Al is evaporated on substrate 4 such as glass ceramic, and a coil part which should become the lower side of film-shaped magnetic substance 2 and lead wires 6 and 6' are formed previously. Next, magnetic substance 2 is formed into an approximately several ten mum thickness by sputtering of sendust.
