Abstract

PURPOSE: To protect the circuit by detecting a collector voltage of the transistor to prevent the oscillation on regarding the fact that the oscillation wave form is distorted and the peak voltage applied across collector-emitter increases as the load increases.
CONSTITUTION: The forward voltage of the diode 12 is subtracted from the collector-emitter voltage of the transistor 5, and when the voltage divided by the resistances 14, 15 exceeds the threshold value of the voltage regulator diode 11, current is fed to the base of the second transistor 16. When the current reaches a specified value, the transistor 16 causes a short of the circuit, resulting in the prevention of oscillation.
