Abstract

PURPOSE: To stabilize the secondary flame with a wider combustion range of separate flame by means of a secondary flame stabilizing plate facing a secondary flame port at the tip of an outer cylinder having an auxiliary air port surrounding an inner port with the tip as a primary flame port.
CONSTITUTION: A secondary flame stabilizing plate 19 is provided at a distance of about 10 to 40mm from a secondary flame port 14 which is at the upper end 2 of an outer cylinder 13 of a burner body 11, and an auxiliary air port 15 is made on the lower surrounding wall of the outer cylinder. The open tip of the inner cylinder 12 serving as a primary flame port 16 is positioned between the secondary flame port and the auxiliary air port 15 while a gas nozzle 18 is set at the lower end of the inner cylinder and a primary air port 17 is provided thereabove. The primary flame F1 has an inner flame F1 and outer flame F1". The outer flame F1 prevents the primary flame F1 from being blown away, thereby expanding the combustion range of separate flame between the primary flame F1 and the secondary flame F2.
