Abstract
PURPOSE: A halogenodinitroaniline is diazotized and coupled with a specific aniline to give title water-insoluble monoazo dye dyeing polyester fiber light-fast blue.
CONSTITUTION: 2-Halogeno-4,6-dinitroalinine of formulaI (X is halogen atom) is diazotized and coupled with an aniline of formula II (R1 is lower alkyl, lower alkoxy lower alkyl; R2 is lower alkyl, lower alkoxy lower alkyl, lower alkoxy lower alkoxy lower alkyl; R3 is lower alkyl, lower alkenyl) to give said monazo dye of formula III (X, R1, R2, R3 are the same as above). The resulting dyes can especially dye polyester fibers bule with high light fastness and sublimation fastness.
