Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a compound wire mentioned above obtainable superior working efficiency in the low cost by filling in compound an alloy with Ni, Cr as its main body and a flux powder contained TiO2, CaF2 and CaCO3 inside a hoop shaped steel case of specified composition. CONSTITUTION:Inside a hoop shaped steel case made of C: 0.18% or less, Si: 0.05- 1.5%, Mn: 0.05-15%, P and S 0.04% respectively the remaining being Fe in weight percentage, the compound powder in the below mentioned composition is filled by 10-40% to weight of the whole wire. An alloy comprising Mg: 0.025% or less, Zr: 0.025% or less, and Fe the remining, and flux powder consisting of TiO2: 30- 40%, CaF: 5-20% and CaCO3: 15-40% in weight percentage.
