Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:Penoxybutyramide derivative of formula 1 (R1 and R2 are H, lower alkyl, lower alkanoyl, carbamoyl, lower alkanoylamino; R3 is lower alkayl; R4 is cycloalkyl).
EXAMPLE: N-Methyl-N-cyclohexyl-4-phenoxybutyramide.
USE: Antithrombosis, anti-inflammatory, antiulcerative, and antiasthematic.
PREPARATION: The dehydrohalogenation reaction between a hydroxybenzene derivative of formula 2 and a haloamide derivative of formula 3 is effected to give the compound of formula 1.
