Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a liquid fuel combusting apparatus, in which fuel is dripped from nozzle into a rotary cone with application of differential pressure between pressure of primary air supplied from a wind causing chamber into an evaporating chamber and that at the top of said nozzle, wherein arrangement is such that pressure of the primary air can be adjustable for controlling combustion of fuel.
CONSTITUTION: When suction fan 6 is set into operation by starting motor 5, air drawn into wind causing chamber 3 is supplied into primary air chamber 4 and burner body 13 via control pipe 11. Here, pressure in chamber 3 is kept substantially at P1, whereas pressure of air at the top of nozzle 17 in the primary air chamber 4 is kept at P2 (lower than P1). On the other hand, downward force of P1-P2 is acted to fuel in fuel controller 24 since pressure P1 is acted in the controller 24 via pipe 28. By the differential pressure P1-P2, fuel is dripped from nozzle 17 into rotary cone 16 and scattered and evaporated therein. Then, fuel thus evaporated is ejected from apertures 23 and combusted. The combustion of fule can be controlled by regulating air supply rat by means of regulator 9.
