Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable fine combustion by sucking and discharging fuel particles atomized in an atomizing chamber by the ejector effect of air flow and at the same time, to enable wide control of burning quantity by controlling outside air quantity introduced to the atomizing chamber.
CONSTITUTION: When a blower 14 is driven, air 15 reaches the tip of a burner and flows out through space 25 between the narrowed part of an atomizing chamber 4 and a flame holding plate 19 and through a gap 26 between the tip of an outer cylinder 13 and the outer periphery of the flame holding plate 19. On the other hand, a pump 2 pumps liquid fuel in a fuel tank 21 to a nozzle 1 and the fuel is jetted from the tip of the nozzle 1 straight towards a wall 5 in the atomizing chamber 4. And the fuel is atomized by the collision with the wall 5. By air flow which flows out of said space 25, the atomizing chamber 4 becomes negative pressure and outside air is introduced through a damper 12 and an outside air port 8, and atomized fuel is sent to the burner tip by this outside air flow, and ignited and burnt.
