Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Electric conductivity is regulated in a fixed extent by supplying the pure water 20 and diaphragm water in the diaphragm water storage vessel 16 containing neutralizing agent, is supplied to the electrodeposition vessel 1 from the main supply pipe 22 through the pipe 23, in order to supply paint neutralizing agent from the vessel 1 to the diaphragm room 3, when the concentration of neutralizing agent in painting liquid in the vessel 1 is lowered.
