Abstract

PURPOSE: To make a dehydrator needless and to reduce the required heat amount by dividing the treatment step for treated matter into three steps... a heating and concentrating step, a heating and drying step, and a heating and dry distillation step... and sequentially connecting these steps stepwise and organically.
CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger 5 is arranged next to a treated matter feeder comprising a raw material tank 1, a crusher 2, and a feed tank 3; a jacketted rotary dryer 6 is arranged next to the heat exchanger 5; and a hot-gas bath type incinerator 7 and a deodoring furnace 8 are arranged next to the dryer 6. After heated and concentrated in the heat exchanger 5, the treated matter is heated and dried in the dryer 6, and subjected to heating and dry distillation in the incinerator 7. By utilizing the waste gas energy in each of the steps, the incinerating tretment of high- water-content waste is conducted economically.
