Abstract

PURPOSE: To supply liquefied petroleum gas as a liquid and burn it stably by forming an expansion preheating chamber at the portion of a primary air chamber between the tip end of a fuel nozzle and a fire hole and forming a plurality of secondary air injection holes in the peripheral surface of the fire hole.
CONSTITUTION: Inside a primary air jet chamber 2, a fuel nozzle 7 for spraying a fuel conically toward a fire hole 4 is arranged concentrically with the chamber 2, and an expansion preheating chamber 8 is formed between the nozzle 7 and the fire hole 4. Inside the chamber 2 there is also arranged a swirl guide plate 9 for providing the primary air jet with a rotational component about the axis of the chamber 2. The fire hole 4 is smaller in diameter than the chamber 2, the peripheral surface of the fire hole 4 is formed with a plurality of secondary air injection holes 10. By this constitution, the fuel gas is uniformly mixed with primary air and secondary air.
