Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a cathode with a less evaporation and dispersion of the electron radiant material, by such method that, after processing a firing to the mixed powder between electron radiant material and heat resistant material, a granulation is made into a granular unit, with surfaces of this granular unit caated by the heat resistant material, after a process of pressure forming, to make a sintering.
