Abstract
PURPOSE: To diffuse conductive paste even to the transparent conductive films through insulation type films and form the stable conductive portions to the connector by coating and baking the conductive paste on the required portions of the conductive films applied with the insulation-type films.
CONSTITUTION: In the liquid crystal cell formed by combining the upper and lower glasses (substrates) 2, 3 which comprise providing transparent conductive films 4, 5, providing transparent insulation-type films 6, 6, thereon and further providing diagonal vapor deposition films 7, 7 thereon, conductive paste 8 such as of gold, silver or the like is coated on the portions of the abovementioned upper glass 2 to be connected to a connector and is then baked for 10W20 minutes at about 500°C to thermally diffuse the conductive paste into the vapor deposition film 7 and insulation-type film 6 and let it arrive at the transparent conductive film 4, thereby conducting the conductive film 4 and conductive paste 8.
