Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a burner enabling combustion in blue cone with a greater combustion volume by employing a combustion system combining a spraying nozzle and a vaporizing chamber.
CONSTITUTION: When the vaporizer reaches a given temperature with a heater 5, a combustion blower 3 is driven to feed air into a mixing chamber 7 through an air feeding port 11. At the same time, a fuel feed pump 2 is actuated to supply a pressurized liquid fuel to a spraying nozzle 1 to start spraying. Sprayed through a nozzle 1, the fuel impinges a hot vaporizer 4 and flows into a mixing chamber 7 in the form of finer particles. The fuel is evenly distributed into flame ports 9 with a guide plate 8 in a mixing chamber 7 and flows to be ignited with an ignition plug 10 whereby combustion is started in a combustion chamber 6.
