Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent hydrolysis of material resin by removing water drops with the blowing of a dry gas on the mold or inner core molding surface in injection molding of melted polyester resin. CONSTITUTION:A melted polyester resin is injected into a molding cavity composed of a mold 1 and an inner core 2 to obtain a molding. Here, a dry gas is blown against at least one of molding surfaces of the mold 1 and the inner core 2 from injection ports 51 and 52 to disperse and evaporate water drops or the like. Subsequently, the melted polyester resin is injected into the cavity.
