Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A polystyrene system film, which thickness is 5W1000μ and which has low transparency, is molded by extruding polystyrene containing 5W20 weight % butaniene as raw materials by means of a T die method, etc. The film is heated near extending temperature by means of preheating rolls A, extended 2W7 times as much as the first condition in the one axial direction by means of extending rolls B, which are heated at temperature 105W170°C and which surface roughness is not more than 0.8S, and cooled by means of cooling rolls C, thus winding the film in a roll-like shape.
EFFECT: A minute uneven surface is formed on a surface of the film by means of the extending rolls, and the absorption and reflection of visible rays based on the ununiformity of the surface are decreased, thus improving transparency.
