Abstract
PURPOSE: To positively regulate and manage the accuracy, response properties, etc. of a gas analysis meter, by supplying standard gas to the analysis meter while making differential pressure before and after a sampling pump constant wherein the quantity of the gas fed is adjusted through an expanding bag.
CONSTITUTION: Standard gas is once supplied to an expanding bag 9, differential pressure Δh and Δp before and after a sampling pump 5 is made fixed by adjusting the quantity of gas fed through the expansion and contraction, and the gas is supplied to a gas analysis meter 4. Atmospheric air is fed to the analysis meter 4 by means of the pump 5 by opening a three-way electromagnetic valve 7 to atmospheric air as a preparation condition, the three-way valve 7 is communicated with the standard gas side, and the standard gas in a vessel 1 is filled to the bag 9 through an opening- and-closing electromagnetic valve 6 and supplied to the analysis meter 4 through the valve 7. When the quantity of the gas fed α exceeds the quantity of the discharge of the pump β during that time, the bag 9 expands and contacts with a limit switch 10, the valve 6 is closed through a relay 11, the quantity of gas is controlled so that α=β be formed by the repetition of the operation, and the differential pressure Δh and Δp are kept constant.
