Abstract
PURPOSE: To stabilize burning performance by communicating a pump chamber with an atomization chamber through a return pipe.
CONSTITUTION: The fuel in an auxiliary tank 21 is sent to a pump chamber 4 and the fuel level in the pump chamber 4 also keeps the same one in order that a constant fuel level can be held in this auxiliary tank 21. When a motor is rotated once in this state, the fuel in the pump chamber 4 reaches the end of the output of a discharge pipe 5 through an orifice 6, the discharge pipe 5 by the action of an impeller 3 and is supplied to the upper surface of a rotary pan 7. The fuel supplied to this rotary pan 7 is atomized by that centrifugal force. Part of the atomized fuel collides with the inner walls of an atomization chamber 17 and a damper 23, is liquefied again and reserved at the bottom of the atomization chamber 17. Then it returns to the pump chamber 4 through the return pipe 10.
