Abstract
PURPOSE: To jet an abrasive to the paint film and process a work of abrasion, simultaneously absorb and collect it, and easily grind even a curved portion of the mechanical part, and prevent a floating dust from being generated, by consturcting the ports of jetting and sucking in positon approximated to each other of the jet- sucker.
CONSTITUTION: An abrasive 19 in a storage chamber 9 is mixed into an air, compressed and fed from a compressor 18, and blown to a paint film surface 20 from a jetting port 2 of a jet sucker 4, to process a work of abrasion to this paint film surface 20. Simultaneously, to a suction port 3, provided in a position near the jetting port 2, is attracted the abrasive, reflected after abrasion, and fed back to a separator chamber 8 after passing a transfer tube 13. The abrasive, separated from the press fed air by a filter 12 of this separator chamber 8, is returned to the above described storage chamber 9, and reused.
