Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a method and an apparatus for treating waste fluid, wherein part of exhaust gas which has passed through a waste-heat concentrator is led into a pyrolysis furnace to keep the temperature and flow rate of said exhaust constant, so that reduction of efficiency of the waste-heat concentrator and the pyrolysis furnace can be prevented.
CONSTITUTION: A passage connecting an exhaust port of a blower 56 with an exhaust stack 57 is ramified to arrange a branch pipe 69 the forward end of which is connected with an inlet 70 adjacent to an exhaust port 50 so that if the amount of exhaust gas generated in a pyrolysis furnace 9 is insufficient, part of the exhaust gas discharged from the blower 56 can be returned to be circulated and therefore the temperature and flow rate of the exhaust gas, which is fed from the exhaust port 50 through a pipe 48 into the waste-heat concentrator 28, will be kept constant. Thus the waste-heat concentrator 28 will be always supplied with a constant calorie with fluctuation of the load minimized, the efficiency of the waste-heat concentrator 28 and the upright pyrolysis furnace 9 is increased, and the treatment capacity of waste fluid can be always exhibited fully.
