Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The sludge is supplied at a constant quantity into a sealed drum 3 through a chute 23 from a sludge supply hopper 22 and crushed and pushed by a screen feeder 1 and a roller 2 rotating to an opposite direction, thereafter passed between a ring like rod material 13 of the screen feeder 1 and dropped downwardly. The foreign substances within sludge is scraped up by segments of a guide board arranged above the said screen feeder 1 and separated and separated and exhausted to the outside of a drum 3. Subsequently, the sludge piled in a hopper 9 by dropping is pushed into by a screw 7, 7' provided to two rotating shafts 4, 5 rotating to the same direction and kneaded and dispersed by a paddle 8, 8', thereafter extruded from an exhaust port 16.
