Abstract

PURPOSE: Title composition that contains a polyester resin, polyalkylene glycol, a specific olefic elastomer, thus having crystallizability at low temperatures and moldability and giving moldings with high dimensional stability and shape stability.
CONSTITUTION: To a composition that has been made by mixing (A) 60W98.5 parts by wt. of polyethylene terephthalate or a polyester copolymer containing more than 80mol% of ethylene terephthalate recurring units and having more than 0.5 intrinsic viscosity with (B) 0.5W10 parts of a polyalkylene glycol of less than 5,000 molecular weight as polyethylene glycol or neopentyl glycol and (C) 1W30 parts of an olefinic elastomer containing 30W95wt% of ethylene and having lower than 0°C glass transition point as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, are added (D) 0W50wt% of reinforcing fibers as glass fiber and/or 0W60wt% of an inorganic filler as talc or mica so that the total amount of them becomes 20W60wt%.
