Abstract
PURPOSE:To shorten considerably a time required for heating and cooling by using a high frequency induction heating unit for the heating part which heats a low-melting point metal joint material. CONSTITUTION:A processed object is arranged on induction coil 12 of a high frequency induction heating unit. After that, a high frequency current is flowed to induction coil 12 to melt the low-melting point metal joint material by high frequency induction heating after the inside of vacuum vessel 10 is set to a high vacuum degree by evacuation unit 11. When the high frequency current is stopped after melting, heat is escaped immediately to peripheral parts because only the temperature of the processed object rises, and therefore, the melted low-melting point metal joint material is fixed to complete sealing work in a very short time.
