Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the thermal stability of the title resin in high-temperature sintering, by incorporating a hot-melt fluororesin consisting of a tetrafluoroethylene or chlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer with finely divided tin or zinc alone or in combination.
CONSTITUTION: (A) 100 parts by wt. of a hot-melt fluororesin consisting of a tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene, perfluorovinyl ether-tetrafluoroethylene, or ethylene-chlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer is incorporated with (B) 0.05W10 parts by wt., preferably 0.1W5 parts by wt., more preferably 0.5W3 parts by wt., of (a) finely divided metal powder, e.g. tin or Zinc passing through a 30-mesh, preferably a 60-mesh screen, alone or in combination as a stabilizer for improving the thermal stability of the resin in high-temperature sintering.
