When further ?a lowering of the load is required, the outlet valve of boiler #3 is closed successively at time t3, and after lowering the load of #3GT to 0 from time t4, #3GT is stopped. At time t5, when a load-up command comes, the load of #1, #2GT, which is now in operation is raised immediately to the rated load, and loads of the #3 and #4GT are raised successively from time t7, and the outlet valve of respective boiler is opened.
