Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A polyvinyl alcohol resin is compounded with a water-soluble compound obtained by the neutralization of a modified low-molecular polydiene added with an unsaturated carboxylic acid, with a basic compound, especially pref. by the neutralization of a modified low molecular polyisoprene prepared by the addition reaction of a low-molecular polyisoprene having a molecular weight of 5,000W 100,000 and the cis-1,4 bond content of ≥70% with ≥7mol%, based on the isoprene unit, of maleic anhydride.
