Abstract
PURPOSE: An aerosol compositon, suitable for use in the surface treatment of a fibrous cloth, having improved water and oil repellency and antifouling property, without an irritant odor, blooming and whitening, and prepared by dissolving a fluorine water and oil repellent, dichloromethane, etc. in a specific solvent.
CONSTITUTION: An aerosol composition prepared by incorporating and dissolving (A) 0.1W5wt% fluorine water and oil repellent and (B) 75W99.4wt% dichloromethane and/or 1,1,2-trichloro-1,2,2-trifluoromethane in (C) 0.5W20wt% mixed specific solvent of a monohydric alcohol of the formula R-OH (R is 1W4C alkyl) and an ethylene glycol alkyl ester of the formula (R' and R" are H or 1W4C alkyl but not H at the same time) uniformly. The repellent of the component (A) preferably has a perfluoroakyl group.
USE: A surface treating agent of leather, interior and building materials.
