Abstract
PURPOSE: A cosintered product with improved water absorbing property, which is obtained by mixing and sintering a mixture of a specified acrylonitrile resin powder with another thermoplastic resin powder.
CONSTITUTION: (A) 20W60wt% acrylonitrile resin powder (e.g., an acrylonitrile- methyl acrylate copolymer) of particle size 8W200 mesh, containing 40wt% or more, preferably 60W98wt%, acrylonitrile, is mixed with (B) 80W40wt% hydrophobic thermoplastic resin powder (e.g., PS or polymethyl methacrylate) of particle size 8W200 mesh, and then the resulting mixture is sintered after molded into a desired form.
EFFECT: When used as an air diffuser pipe or a cellular sheet, the consintered product forms an exceeding fine bubble and is effective for a prolonged operation.
