Abstract

PURPOSE: The titled apparatus, designed to perform the opening and closing operation of an opening and closing body and change-over of a directional control valve with an operation of a pushing lever provided on a cart in front of a coke oven on the coke oven riser side, capable of shortening the stand-by time of the cart in front of the coke oven, and improving the operational efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: A pushing lever 16 provided on a coke pusher 15 is advanced to rotate a control lever 17, and a lever 21 for changing over ammonia liquor is rotated in the direction of arrow to change-over a coke for changing over the ammonia liquor. A rod 26 is lowered by a cylinder 9 for changing over the ammonia liquor to change over a change-over directional control valve 6 for the ammonia liquor to a high-pressure ammonia liquor line, and the high-pressure ammonia liquor is sprayed from an ammonia liquor nozzle 42 into a vent pipe. Change-over levers 31 and 32 for a hood change-over cock 12 and a change-over cock 13 for an edge cut damper 11 are rotated in the direction of arrow by an operation lever 33 simultaneously to change over the cocks 12 and 13. Thus, rods 38 and 39 are extended by cylinders 7 and 8 to push up levers 3 and 5 and lay down the hood 10, and the edge cut damper 11 is rotated downward.
