Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide the steel having strain accompanying heat treatment being reduced and stabilzed, by containing each specific ratio of C, Si, Mn, Ni, Cr, Mo, Al and N and controlling the amounts of Al and N within a specific range.
CONSTITUTION: There is prepared steel comprising at least one element of 0.10W 0.50% C, 0.50% or less Si, 0.03W1.70 Mn, 5.00% or less Ni, 2.00% or less Cr and 1.00% or less Mo, further 0.015W0.050% Al and 0.010W0.030% N, and the remainder of Fe and ineviatable impurities.
