Abstract

PURPOSE: Formed pieces prepared by means of a forming device are piled on another formed pieces or solid food products which are being conveyed, thus producing multilayered food product cleanly for sanitation.
CONSTITUTION: A machine 3 for forming a product 2 is provided on a belt conveyor 1. The forming machine 3 includes a rotation drum 5 equipped with a mold 4 and, when the mold 4 comes to the top, the pasty food material is charged in the mold cavity and the formed material 2 is pushed out of the cavity automatically by a removing means 6, when the mold comes to the bottom. The resultant formed product 2 is sent by the belt convyor 1 until under the next forming machine 7 where another formed product 8 that is prepared by the same way as in the forming machine 3 using mold 4, rotation drum 5 and removing means 6 is piled on the formed product 2.
