Abstract

CONSTITUTION: At the top end of the lower suction pipe 2 of a suction type lifter D, a floating apparatus F is arranged which consists of an air feeding ring 21 and 8 air feeding pipes 23 which are connected in free ups and downs by a universal pipe joint 22 on the outer periphery of the air feeding ring 21. The floating apparatus F is revolved integrally with the lower suction pipe 2 by a motor 15, and the air feeding pipe 23 is swung up and down in reciprocation by a jack 25.
