Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a stable product preventing deformation of a synthetic resin matrix by heating a pattern section printed with a foaming ink being injected with a heated air.
CONSTITUTION: A female fitting section 4 and a male fitting section 5 are respectively provided on each side end of the matrix 1 serving as an interior plate. The pattern 3 is printed on the matrix 1 with a foaming ink. An air injection nozzle 5 is provided on the matrix corresponding to the pattern of the matrix. A heated air of 90W250°C is injected from the nozzle 5 to heat the pattern whereby the foamed pattern is formed.
